With a mere 2150 miles under its tyres, this 2025 Porsche 911 (Type 992) Carrera T 6-Speed is practically showroom-fresh. The ‘6-Speed’ in its title denotes it is something a little special in the current Porsche line-up, as the only mainstream 911 now available with a manual transmission. While the performance car world around it remains obsessed with paddleshifts, the 992 Carrera T keeps things doggedly old school with its gearshift protruding up between its seats. And very proud Porsche is of it too, with the gearknob highlighted in laminated walnut while 6-speed ‘H-gate’ stickers adorn the rear quarter windows.

This all points to a car where driver engagement is the fore. And that is very true of this example; the 388bhp from its 3.0-litre twin-turbo engine giving a 0-60mph sprint time of 4.5 seconds and an ultimate top speed of 183mph – in the right circumstances of course. Although the Carrera name denotes a lightweight 911, this isn’t a stripped-back Porsche that stints on the interior and exterior goodies. Finished in White with Gentian Blue trim, the exterior features a full Aero kit, sports exhaust (which provides a great soundtrack to any trip), 21-inch alloys with white calipers behind, and front end paint protection film (PPF), to keep that sleek, sloping nose looking nice. Inside, there are 18-way electric and heated sports seats decked out in Sport-Tex with extended black leather and contrasting Gentian Blue highlights, a sliding panoramic glass roof and navigation/entertainment system with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.

In superb condition inside and out, this low-mileage, almost-new Porsche is something distinctive and exceptional amid today’s crop of high performance sports cars.
