1968 Fiat Dino Spyder 2.0

Offered here is a fabulous , rust free example of the Pininfarina penned Fiat Dino Spyder. This is an early car with the 2.0 litre Dino engine. The lively 1987cc alloy V6 engine was shared with the Dino 206 GT….equipped with 3 Weber 40DCN carburetors it pushes 160 bhp @7200rpm and proves to be very responsive.

Presented in Rosso Red with original black leatherette seats this example is a ‘cut above’ in terms of condition and looks; striking at all angles.

Our car retains the correct Cromadora Alloy wheels with Michelin XWX’s. Rare to find ,this example also has the original steering wheel and a great feel of autheticity. Recent work includes a new Hood , Fuel pump, wiper motor and all fluids.Tool kit supplied along with books , invoices and Italian ASI badge.

The Fiat Dino inspite of great heritage was never raced officially but there was one memorable participation when a 2.0 litre Spider was entered at the 1968 24 Hour Le Mans finishing 18th Overall !
